BILL HOLDRIDGE

Pastor Bill Holdridge was the founding pastor of Calvary Monterey, CA, and is the founder and director of Poimen Ministries. He serves as President of the Board of Directors.

MICHAEL HEIDER ESQ.

Michael Heider is Secretary of the Board of Directors. As a practicing attorney, Michael has extensive experience in legal and non-profit matters.  An ordained minister, he has also given himself to strengthening pastors and churches in HR and other legal issues.

LARRY SCROGGINS

Pastor Larry Scroggins, while retired from his role as a senior pastor and assisting pastor/elder, is not retired from ministry. He has a teaching ministry in his local church, and he also continues to teach Bible college classes in the U.S and abroad. Larry has a large heart for the work of Poimen Ministries.

SHEILA SCROGGINS

Sheila is married to board member Larry Scroggins, and is a gifted administrator, children’s ministries curriculum author, women’s Bible studies teacher, and experienced bookkeeper. Hers is an invaluable contribution towards the work of Poimen Ministries. Before moving to Utah, Sheila and her husband Larry served with Poimen Ministries Director Bill Holdridge during his pastorate with at Calvary Chapel Monterey Bay, CA.

SHAUN SELLS

Shaun has served as a youth pastor, assistant pastor, and senior pastor -- a role he filled for 18 years at Calvary Chapel Cheyenne. Since then, God has placed a desire on Shaun’s heart to help pastors, a role he fills as a member of the Poimen Ministries shepherding team.

SHEILA SELLS

Sheila is a seasoned servant leader with over 20 years experience as both a senior pastor’s wife and military officer. She works alongside her husband with Poimen Ministries whose mission is to encourage, support, and equip pastors, pastors wives, and churches around the world.
